Week In Review: Top 5 Songs

Well it has been a great second week for the site, we've been slowly gathering views and recognition from artists and fans a like, and I truly feel like this site has the potential to become one of the most respected blogs in our speciality.

I created this blog with the mind-set to showcase every single hip-hop artist out there with potential, no matter how known or unknown the said person is. In my opinion, the goal has been acomplished thus far, nonethelesss TDM has a long road ahead and I don't plan to settle and feel content.

No. We need to keep pushing and I promise you more music with more quality. Hopefully you'll acompany us through our journey to the top and enjoy the ride. If not, I can assure you'll be hearing more about TDM in the near future and you won't have any other choice but to join the bandwagon.

As I've stated previously, this was a great week. TDM discovered a lot of new music that was really dope and we posted them here. In this segement on the site, I'll  post my favorite tracks that were featured here.
You can let your oopinion be heard on the C-Sec, a good conversation a bout the things you like is always healthy and I would definitely like to build a community here.

Let's get back to the topic wih the countdown:

5.  Ryshon Jones - Spiked Dreams

A very smooth beat is the platform where Ryshon decides spit some of the realest lyrics he has ever rhymed. Reminising on his past, understanding his present and anticipating his future; this is a very personal track and a lot of people will connect with the emcee.

4. Like (of Pac Div) – Funky Drummer Reprise

Over a Jame Brown's sample the L.A. emcee laces up dope lines not even stopping for a breather. Straight fire with these one.

3. Dee Goodz - I Gottem

This is straight up swag music for the new genereation by Music City native.

2. ChrisCo - We Run It (feat. Jon Connor & Morvwon)

With hypnotizing production by The Alchemist plus strong verses by ever rapper on the track. We Run It brings the best out of everybody involved, no one want to be out-rhymed by the fellow collaborators. A joint like these one will be highly respected in the streets.

1. Z-Ro - Ro & Bun (feat. Bun B)

The south has always been ripped-off their style and later dissed, but that doesn't stop their grind and doing what they love. Houston representatives drop this banger with incredible synths in the background and a great hook by Ro.

It also helps that Bun used one of his hottest verses in a while and really went in. This track will receive a lot of playing time, hands down.
